East West Bank Securitization Analyst in NEW YORK, New York
Monitor market trends and best practices in debt capital markets, particularly relating to investor appetite, as well as regulatory investment rules and guidelines; Strategically assess client liquidity and capital requirements to optimize funding structures across key metrics and targets; Partner with client companies to develop a deep understanding of their asset holdings and existing and prospective liability strategies; Produce complex financial cash flow models and presentation materials to support negotiations and facilitate credit ratings; Contribute to the structuring of efficient transactions in respect of agency criteria and guidelines; Participate in the management and analysis of debt issuance activities for East West Markets (EWM) clients; Support the EWM teams investor development initiatives; Prepare comprehensive issuance recommendations and investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders; Operate within a strong governance framework to ensure compliance with regulations and within EWMs risk appetite framework; Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement: Masters degree in finance, economics or related field
