Overview Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations and continuous optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related HR technologies. Lead a high performing techno functional team and partner closely with HR, IT, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure resilient, secure, and compliant system operations. Drive governance, data integrity, and operational excellence across HR technologies, ensuring production stability, rapid incident resolution, and strong alignment to enterprise priorities. Safeguard sensitive employee information through rigorous controls and oversight, while championing continuous improvement and innovation to enhance HR service delivery and business value.Responsibilities Core ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and other HR systems, guiding production support and release management while driving alignment between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.Deliver timely, high-quality defect and service request resolution by partnering with technical teams on triage, root cause analysis, and remediation, while managing security administration and maintaining SOX controls.Oversee approval of production changes including configuration, testing strategies, and deployment plans to ensure high quality delivery of changes and enhancements.Direct and oversee all testing activities including test planning, script review, execution oversight, user acceptance coordination, and regression testing for quarterly Oracle HCM releases, patches, and enhancements.Ensure stable production operations through proactive monitoring, issue prevention, and thorough impact assessments.Maintain audit ready system documentation, including operating procedures, functional specifications, and data management materials.Ensure compliance with PII/PHI policies, data privacy standards, internal controls, and Con Edison Standards of Business Conduct and corporate values.Coach, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative, high performing team culture focused on problem solving and accountability.Build strong partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Management and IT to support effective cross functional execution.Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice adoption.Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.Qualifications Required Education/ExperienceBachelor's Degree and eight years of overall work experience, including a minimum of three to five years in Human Resources, IT, or a related role. orMaster's Degree and six years of overall work experience, including a minimum of three to five years in Human Resources, IT, or a related role.Relevant Work Experience3-5 years Human Resource, IT or related experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
