Job Description
Purpose:
Establish an on site, corporate grade front of house resource to support high profile meetings (board sessions, investor visits, executive client engagements) in a non serviced office environment. Requirement is for physical presence only, aligned to scheduled events.
• Guest Reception & Hosting
o Professional welcome for VIPs; liaison with hosts; visitor log management; coordination with building lobby.
• Room Readiness & Coordination
o Pre meeting setup; catering/delivery liaison; post meeting reset.
• Front of House Standards
o Consistent professional presence; confidentiality; upkeep of reception area.
• Light Administrative Support
o Print/bind packs, badge printing, messenger coordination, mail sorting.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven corporate front of house experience (FS, fintech, legal, consulting, hospitality)
• Excellent communication and etiquette; strong client facing capability
• Proficient with Outlook/Teams and multi line phones
• High discretion; business formal presentation
• Arrival 30–45 minutes before guest window
• Agency duty desk support during events
