First Standard Construction Inc. seeks Project Manager (New York, NY).Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Monitoring progress and resolving issues that arise during construction, and ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations. Lead project meetings, maintain detailed documentation and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders to keep the project on track. Precore project submittal administration. Precore change event and commitments administration. Requires: bachelor in architecture/project management (or its equivalent) or related field of study, 36 months of experience as a Project Manager/Site Project Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: direct on-site operations for residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring full compliance with Architectural, Structural design and safety regulations.
