The Membership department is seeking a full-time Project Manager, Membership Campaigns to manage print and digital campaigns, focusing largely on the full life cycle of membership, including acquisition, engagement, renewal, and recapture, as well as other opportunities for giving through events and the annual fund. With supervision from the Associate Director, the Project Manager manages the production of multichannel communications and campaigns from end to end (e.g., creating content, monitoring schedules, liaising with multiple partners, processing invoices, providing reporting) to support efficient campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance engagement. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Facilitate and run interdepartmental workflows for Membership/Advancement multi-channel giving efforts, completing tasks and campaigns on time. Coordinate the production schedule for multi-channel solicitations, member cultivation, and event promotion communications, directing outside vendors as needed. Coordinate copy, creative, editorial support, scheduling, and audience targeting for ongoing major Advancement and Membership campaigns throughout the year, as well as additional communications sent to members, helping ensure goals and institutional voice are kept at the forefront. Ensure online event promotion, coordinating with other Museum departments. Provide quality assurance support to the Digital Production team, reviewing email, web pages, and web forms as well as ticketing functionality prior to publishing. Gather, review, and report on key performance indicators across engagement- and revenue-driving campaigns, working to support and recommend new tests and strategies using data-driven insights. Track and maintain the Membership direct mail inventory. Support invoice processing for projects as needed. Attend Membership events as needed to support fulfillment and stewardship efforts. The expected salary range for the Project Manager, Membership Campaigns is $66,500/annual - $71,000/annual. The hiring range for the position at commencement is based on the type of work and the scope of responsibilities. The salary and placement offered is based on a number of individualized factors, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, education, credentials, areas of specialization, and depth and scope of experience. Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, museum studies, or another related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM). Demonstrated experience working in fundraising. Familiarity with ticketing, membership, and fundraising databases. Familiarity with Google Analytics.
