CTG Program Manager II - Microsoft Office Suite in New York, New York
CTG is hiring a Program Manager II to lead enterprise initiatives focused on the Microsoft Office Suite. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing cross-functional programs, driving adoption of productivity tools, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management for Microsoft Office Suite initiatives (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Drive enterprise adoption, optimization, and standardization of productivity tools
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align program goals with organizational priorities
Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates
Support change management, training, and user enablement strategies
Continuously improve processes and program performance through data-driven insights
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong program/project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or Jira
Qualifications:
5+ years of program or project management experience
Proven track record managing enterprise-scale initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
PMP or similar certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
