CTG Program Management II - Data Analytics in New York, New York
Location: New York, NY | Duration: Ongoing Contract
CTG is seeking a Program Manager II with strong data analytics and execution expertise to drive Tech Operations cost estimation, insights, and reporting. You’ll enable enterprise-wide decision-making, integrate Tech Ops into Investment Planning, and champion change management across Finance, Technology, and Infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional programs to design and transform Technology business management processes.
Develop and implement processes, reporting, and integrations for Tech Ops & Investment Planning.
Analyze data to extract strategic insights and support executive decisions.
Drive consensus, risk mitigation, and standardization across Tech Ops, TBE, and portfolio teams.
Create executive communications, presentations, and KPIs tracking mechanisms.
Support adoption of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
7+ years in program management or equivalent in Technology Business Enablement or data analytics.
Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-wide programs.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
Outstanding collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
Experience with technology infrastructure, information security, or digital workplace teams a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, data analytics, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience preferred.
