TAIT Towers Partnerships Operations Manager (U.S. Based) - Washington D.C. Project in New York, New York

Position Purpose:

We are seeking great Partnerships Operations Managers (U.S. Based) for upcoming work in the Washington DC area mid May to mid June 2026. Candidates should be able to be on ground in Washington DC for the entire project duration in mid May – mid June 2026 (travel and accommodations provided). This application is not for full-time employment.

The Partnership Operations Manager will oversee the execution and operational delivery of partnership activations and merchandise outlets. This role requires end-to-end management, from pre-production through post-event reporting, ensuring all General Admission, VIP & Retail are implemented to the highest standards. The position demands strong coordination with partners, creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery and adherence to timelines, health and safety, and brand expectations. Partner operations will work closely with internal departments, clients and stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the build timeline of partner activations and creative agency installations from pre-production to show days, may include overnight shifts.

  • Supervise refurbishment, delivery, and on-site placement of all commercial assets, ensuring readiness for show days.

  • Support partner, creative agency, and vendor meetings; attend all key site visits and production calls.

  • Act as the main on-ground point of contact during build, show days and dismantle for partnership activations and merchandise assets.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics teams, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Ensure all Health & Safety documentation is collected within a timely manner and compliant with policy and procedures.

  • Develop and maintain the construction and load-in schedules for all partner and commercial builds.

  • Communicate effectively with departments including Site Operations, Health & Safety, and Security, being the main POC streamlining all production timelines and workflows.

  • Update all relevant documents and trackers on a daily basis and inform all relevant teams.

  • Manage load-in and load-out processes for partners, creative agencies, and all commercial vendors.

  • Track activation status, manage timelines, and troubleshoot any on-site issues during the event.

  • Compile a comprehensive post-event report evaluating performance, challenges, and key learnings.

  • Manage and lead the partner operations team to ensure all vendors and suppliers are compliant and all deliverables are met in a timely manner.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • This role in particular does have fluidity to it and may vary based on project needs.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, 5+ minimum of event management experience of similar orincreasing levels of responsibility.

  • Proven experience in event operations management roles.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage fast-paced timelines

  • Experience reading and interpreting production schedules and technical documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

  • Experience in managing large-scale events or music festivals is highly desirable.

  • Availability to work evenings/weekends during the lead-up and event days

  • Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint.

  • Ensure that all work conforms to pre-established specifications & standards of TAIT.
