Uber Partner Manager, Uber Advertising - Restaurants in New York, New York

About the Role

Working on the Uber Advertising team means building strategic partnerships at the intersection of digital growth and real-world movement. As a Partner Manager supporting some of our largest global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, you won't just be managing accounts-you'll be navigating the complex, high-stakes world of enterprise advertising.

The pace here is fast, and the expectations are high. You will deal with massive data sets, shifting seasonal priorities, and the ambiguity that comes with scaling a global business. This role is for a strategic thinker who thrives on ownership and is energized by the challenge of turning raw data into compelling stories that influence the world's biggest brands. What You'll Do

  • Navigate Complexity: Build and grow long-term partnerships with global restaurant giants and their agency partners by understanding their deepest marketing challenges-not just selling ad space.

  • Drive Strategic Impact: Partner with Client Partners to develop and execute global Uber strategies that exceed quarterly goals and redefine how our partners show up on the platform.

  • Master Data Storytelling: Bring your analytical A-game to uncover trends and d eliver high-quality, actionable insights that drive increased investment and prove the value of every dollar spent.

  • Own Execution End-to-End: Coordinate the launch, management, and rigorous reporting of sophisticated seasonal campaigns, maintaining a steady hand even when priorities shift or timelines tighten.

  • Influence Without Authority: Collaborate across product, operations, and marketing teams to unblock challenges, advocate for customer needs, and shape the future of our Ads product.

  • Stay Resilient: Navigate difficult partner conversations and technical limitations with creative problem-solving and a "go-get-it" attitude.

  • Build the Playbook: Help create best-practice frameworks for the broader Ads team, scaling your wins to improve how we support all partners globally.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-time professional experience.

  • Experience in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ads campaigns for complex, global brands.

  • Deep experience building relationships with brand-side digital advertising managers and agency stakeholders.

  • Expertise in advanced data storytelling-transforming complex data sets into strategic narratives.

  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills with the ability to stay calm under the pressure of high-stakes deadlines.

  • A mindset that thrives in ambiguity and values systems thinking over following a script.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
