Actalent Part Time Architect QA/QC (100% Remote) in New York, New York
Job Description:
A Colorado-based architecture firm is seeking an Architectural Professional to support a part-time QA/QC review effort. This role focuses on evaluating and validating quality and constructability findings within construction documents using an AI-powered peer review platform. The position is fully remote, offers flexible scheduling, and supports collaboration across architectural and structural disciplines.
Work Environment: Work is performed fully remote; candidates must provide their own computer equipment. Multiple monitors are recommended for efficiency (additional monitors may be provided if needed). Collaboration occurs virtually with both architectural stakeholders and the technology support team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and validate quality and constructability findings within construction documents using an AI-powered peer review platform
Collaborate with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure quality documentation
Support QA/QC processes through thorough analysis and feedback
Contribute to the evolution of the platform and scope as projects continue
Qualifications:
Required:
7+ years of professional architectural experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Strong knowledge of construction documents and architectural detailing
Experience reviewing plans for quality, coordination, and accuracy
Comfort working within web-based or application-based review platforms
Must be based in the United States and fluent in English
Preferred:
Multifamily project experience is a plus but not required
Revit experience not required

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
