*Pay Rate: * The pay rate for this role is $29.9045-$39.8726 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location

Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedulerestrictionsand full-time hours arenotguaranteed. Hours andscheduleare based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.  You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

What will I be doing?

As anOvernight Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel's efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, complete assigned cleaning in public areas or guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean and maintain designated areas to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and condition standards.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned.
• Regularly inspect assigned areas to proactively identify and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Deliver supplies, and amenities to departments, guest rooms, and storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping and operations teams.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Overnight Housekeeper who is committed to maintaining the elevated standards of cleanliness and service that align with our goal of achieving Forbes 5-Star status. This role involves not only performing traditional housekeeping duties but also ensuring that every guest space is perfectly maintained, creating an environment that reflects our luxury service ethos. You will take pride in ensuring that all areas of the hotel are presented to the highest standards, while also responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the pristine condition of the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of the level of service and cleanliness required to reach Forbes 5-Star standards.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while ensuring consistency in quality and service.
• A proactive attitude, responding promptly to guest requests and anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• A commitment to upholding luxury service standards, ensuring that every task is completed to perfection.
• Ability to work independently, with strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength, as the role involves manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and performing deep cleaning duties.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service, contributing to an overall experience that aligns with the hotel’s luxury and Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
