Creative Project Manager (Hybrid - NYC or Philadelphia)Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team on a hybrid schedule: ONSITE 3 days per week in either New York City or Philadelphia, with 2 days REMOTE.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end creative projects across print, digital, video, events, and environmental brandingOversee resource allocation for internal creative teams and external vendorsEnsure all deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budget requirementsHybrid role based in NYC or Philadelphia (3 days onsite)Key Responsibilities Assign and balance creative team workloads and project pacingLead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of multiple concurrent projectsMaintain accurate project tracking and documentation using project management toolsIdentify risks, issues, and barriers; develop contingency plansCommunicate consistently with stakeholders, executives, and creative teamsDevelop project charters, budgets, schedules, issue logs, and change ordersLead internal team meetings and client status meetingsEnsure all project documentation meets firm standards and is approved before deliveryEscalate and resolve issues with appropriate contactsAdvise clients and senior leadership on solutions to project challengesImplement and manage creative asset management systemsProduce quarterly forecasting reportsServe as Creative Lead when neededConduct post-mortem reviews on major projectsOversee external vendors (no direct internal supervisory responsibilities)Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years in creative services, operations, or project managementStrong understanding of creative execution across print, digital, and videoProven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completionLeadership through influence; strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsWorking knowledge of design, photography, video, print, and production workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solvingAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt to changeStrong analytical abilities, including interpreting data and identifying issuesAdvanced arithmetic skills (rates, ratios, percentages, charts/graphs)Software and SystemsPlatforms: PC and MacDocument Management: Microsoft Office, FileSite, Adobe AcrobatNice to have (not required): InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Creative Cloud, basic HTMLProject Management (any one is fine): Workfront, Microsoft Project, Wrike, SharePoint, Frame.ioIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
