Job Title: Structural Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a Structural Welder and contribute your skills to the structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan. This role requires precision and expertise in welding techniques to ensure the integrity and safety of the structure.
Responsibilities
Perform welding on structural steel and framework on the building's exterior.
Utilize various welding techniques, including Flux Core, TIG, and MIG welding.
Ensure quality and compliance with all safety standards during vertical and structural welds on high-rise buildings.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Flux Core, TIG, and MIG welding.
Experience with DOB Welding and working on structural steel frameworks.
Ability to work on high-rise buildings and perform vertical welds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
NYC DOB Welding License.
OSHA 30 certification.
SST (Site Safety Training) certification.
AWS FCAW certification (preferred)
G60 certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
