Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Director to lead and innovate our communication strategies. In this role, you will oversee public relations, social media management, and marketing initiatives to amplify the brand's voice and strengthen its presence. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Manage public relations activities, including press events and media outreach, to promote brand visibility.
• Coordinate sponsored events to enhance brand reputation and engage target audiences.
• Create compelling social media content tailored to different platforms to drive user engagement.
• Oversee the management of social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into communication strategies.
• Build relationships with media outlets and influencers to expand the brand's reach.
• Monitor public sentiment and adapt communication strategies accordingly. Requirements • Proven experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong knowledge of organizing and executing press and sponsored events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
• Familiarity with building media relationships and influencer partnerships.
• Creative mindset with the ability to implement fresh ideas in marketing initiatives.
