Long Description

Objective

The Manager, Global Education & Consumer Experience is responsible for writing, developing and designing Global Education curriculum and programs to support global market needs. This role also supports the development of programs and tools to support the in-store experience including Artistry, Retail Technology & Digital Learning.

Education Program Development

  • Conceptualize, design and write classroom and/or eLearning curriculum to support education strategies, marketing programs and brand initiatives.

  • Develop launch support materials including product fact sheets, selling strategies & demonstrations/applications.

  • Teach and present education programs to regional Education Teams. Assess and measure results.

  • Responsible for collaborating with regional education partners in the development and execution of curriculum.

Retail & Digital Education Technology Support

  • Support the execution of the global Retail Technology roadmap across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and high-traffic retail moments, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and to brand standards.

  • Support regional adaptations, translations, and market-specific variants for eLearning & Retail Technology in partnership with internal stakeholders.

  • Support the ongoing management and maintenance of the brand’s Digital Learning Platforms for global audiences, assisting in platform operations including user management, content uploads, translations, and CMS maintenance.

Pro Artistry Program Management & Makeup Category Lead

  • Key point of contact for the Global Pro Artistry Team, managing and driving Pro Artist Taskforce Meetings, overseeing artist product mailers & developing content for Global Pro Artistry Summit.

Makeup category education lead, collaborating with Marketing, PD & Global Pro Artists to develop how-to’s, face charts, application techniques etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global education, marketing, retail innovation, digital platforms, education, or related fields

  • Excellent creative conceptualization, written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, project management skills

  • Must be agile and able to adapt in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Must be able to work in a highly collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills

  • Artistry skills preferred

  • Retail/field in-store selling experience preferred

  • Comfort working with CMS platforms, digital tools, and emerging retail technologies.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
