Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications – B2B Sales)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (onsite) to join our growing team and drive sales of large-format color printing and visual communication solutions. This role focuses on selling high-impact products such as point-of-purchase (POP) displays, banners, murals, signage, trade show graphics, and custom large-format prints to a diverse range of B2B clients, including Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients to promote large-format printing and graphic solutions
Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
Gain in-depth knowledge of wide-format printing processes, materials, substrates, and finishing techniques
Present and communicate product value, emphasizing benefits such as brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing impact
Collaborate with internal sales and production teams to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Track and report daily sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen sales and product knowledge
