ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our digital team and help bring creative video and digital projects to life. In this role, you'll coordinate the project team and project timelines, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure smooth execution from concept through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who's passionate about digital content, digital marketing who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced digital environment.
This role is for individuals able to work in our New York Office and will be working on digital marketing initiatives products that include the Bravo website, NBC Insider, Peacock Blog and NBC Affiliate Marketing websites. This role will support the video production of award winning digital series such as Top Chef’s Last Chance Kitchen, Bravo’s After Shows and Live Shows such as the Bravo Con panels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end coordination of digital projects, marketing priorities and video initiatives
Create and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Organize and facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-project reviews
Maintain project documentation and update tracking systems in Airtable or similar platforms
Coordinate with video production teams, editorial teams, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles
Monitor project timelines and resources and flag potential issues or delays proactively
Support content workflow management through content management systems (CMS)
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and team efficiency
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in digital media, marketing, or creative agencies
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Basic understanding of digital video production workflows and terminology
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Wordpress, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of Airtable or comparable database/project tracking tools
Familiarity with digital asset management systems
Understanding of web development workflows and digital publishing processes
Experience with agile or other project management methodologies
Education: Degree/Coursework in Digital Media, Project or Product Management, Marketing, or related field is ideal.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $80,000- $110,000.
