IT Project Manager (Hybrid, NYC)Overview of the RoleOur well known beauty client is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a large-scale brand acquisition initiative. This role oversees project planning, cross-functional coordination, timeline and scope management, and executive-level communication. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to work across technical and business teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.The Basics * Duration: 40 hours per week freelance assignment, through end of 2026. * Location: Hybrid; onsite work required in NYC officeTop 3 Required Qualifications 1. High proficiency in ServiceNOW (timeline creation, management, Demand/ticket creation) 2. Strong communication skills, including the ability to support presentations to senior leadership 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)Other Qualifications * 5+ years experience in digital strategy and understanding of direct and indirect eCommerce operations * Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams * Strong analytical, risk identification, and problem-solving capabilities * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Understanding of full customer journey and omnichannel strategy * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs * Experience working with 3rd party integrations * Ability to partner with Digital, Retail, Data, and Business teams to drive process efficienciesKey Responsibilities * Manage and document the full project plan, including timeline, scope, and budget for a new brand acquisition * Collaborate with global and US stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, IT, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and online channels * Support senior leadership presentations by summarizing integration plans, timelines, and technical scope * Partner with the manager and cross-functional teams to navigate Governance processes and ensure alignment between global, zone, and local leadership checkpoints * Work with both technical and business stakeholders to integrate individual workstreams into the overall project roadmap * Identify project risks, communicate status updates, and ensure clear alignment across all teamsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
