Job Duties: - Monitor and maintain the firms computer systems, applications, and networks. - Install, configure, and update software and hardware used by staff. - Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for employees. - Manage data backups and recovery processes to protect firm information. - Maintain records of IT procedures, configurations, and workflows. - Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic client files and documents. - Ensure systems follow security and confidentiality protocols. Special requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. - 2 years of experience in information systems analysis, IT support, or a related role.
