Our client, a global strategic advisory firm, is seeking an HR Director to join its Human Resources function. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on position with broad ownership across HR. The individual will oversee day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting, while also contributing to global HR initiatives and helping shape the firm's people strategy. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR generalist who thrives in a high-performance, service-oriented environment, exercises strong judgment, and is excited to operate both strategically and tactically. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more! Bachelor's degree, required. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist expertise, required. Experience overseeing benefits programs, including vendor management and plan evaluation, required; global exposure is a plus. Prior experience within professional services environments (e.g., consulting, law firms, financial services), required. Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion. Exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition processes. Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders. Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment. Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
