Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with strong architecture and system design expertise to build and scale modern, cloud-native applications. This role requires deep hands-on development skills across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers, along with the ability to define technical direction, standards, and best practices for new and existing platforms.
You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while leveraging modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end application architecture across front end, back end, APIs, data layers, and system integrations.
Define and enforce reference architectures, coding standards, and design principles to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Design, develop, and optimize modern user interfaces using React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript , ensuring performance, accessibility, and UX consistency.
Architect and build scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python , implementing RESTful and event-driven APIs.
Apply microservices architecture, resiliency patterns, and fault-tolerant system design for high-availability platforms.
Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB ), including data models, caching strategies, and data consistency.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP , with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment strategies supporting automated testing and releases.
Embed security-by-design practices, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding standards.
Implement observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and alerting, to ensure system reliability and performance.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and integrate intelligent automation, real-time processing, and messaging technologies where applicable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and interactive tools aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Angular, React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
Proven architectural experience designing new applications or large-scale solutions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience designing enterprise-scale or cloud-native platforms.
Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and real-time systems.
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud cost optimization.
Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and automation frameworks.
Education:
Technical Degree or equivalent exp.
