The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.Position SummaryReporting jointly to the Vice Chair for Faculty Advancement and Community Engagement and the Assistant Director of Faculty Promotions and Faculty Development Programs, and working in close collaboration with the Office of Faculty Advancement and Community Engagement for the Department of Medicine, the Faculty Development Program Coordinator will support and implement faculty development strategies and programs for the Department. This role will contribute to advancing the Department's vision to identify, attract, and retain exceptional faculty.The incumbent will also partner with stakeholders across the College, CUIMC, and Columbia University to ensure alignment of policies and practices that foster a community of engaged faculty and staff. Additionally, the Coordinator will play a key role in supporting departmental committees and leadership events that are central to the Department of Medicine's administrative operations.Responsibilities
