- Performs systematics and inspections to aid in the upkeep of the hotel and assists in the established proactive maintenance program to prevent malfunctions, breakdown, and general depreciation.
- Ensure that all building systems and equipment are properly maintained and function efficiently and responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of essential systems such as HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and security system to ensure guest comfort and safety.
- Oversee any electrical contractor or subcontractor of electrical systems (i.e. distribution panel, HVAC, fire alarm system, CCTV, security systems). Services must be uninterrupted and operating in good condition.
- Upkeep of refrigeration, elevators, cable/ satellite television, phone lines, computers, room furnishing and lighting fixtures.
- Responsible for day-to-day facility operations which include maintaining up-time operations.
- Coordinate the overall preventive maintenance program ensuring on-time performance of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering + 24 months exp in the job offer on the job offer or any facilities and/or maintenance engineering occupations are acceptable.
