About this role:
The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office is seeking an experienced individual to join its AI Solution Delivery team. This role will be responsible for implementing AI initiatives by managing all activities in a project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closing. In this role, you will:
Lead the delivery of Document Intelligence AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Act as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting scalable solutions and promoting data excellence.
Make decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end
Conduct strategic reviews and performance assessments, providing creative solutions to complex challenges.
Establish best practices for AI/ML and oversee the Documents Intelligence AI lifecycle.
Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
Demonstrate an understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead agile delivery to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Industry experience in AI/GenAI and Document Intelligence AI from idea generation to implementation
Experience implementing AI/GenAI Document Intelligence AI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, libraries, and tools.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated success in leadership roles, including team building and management.
Ability to define and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
