Job Title: Environmental Scientist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee environmental projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is comfortable working directly with clients, visiting job sites, and managing projects end-to-end, from proposal through closeout.
Responsibilities
Manage projects A–Z, including proposals, scoping, staffing, execution, and closeout.
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, attending meetings and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct and oversee projects involving remediation, air monitoring, investigation and abatement, with the ability to grow smaller investigations into larger remediation scopes.
Visit job sites as needed to support investigations, monitoring, and compliance.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
Manage projects and outcomes.
Essential Skills
6+ years of experience in Environmental Science.
Proficiency in environmental science, project management, and client communication.
Experience with air monitoring, environmental compliance, and environmental inspection.
Familiarity with industry regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Hazmat certification.
Air Monitor and Mold Licenses.
EPA Lead Inspector Certification.
Hazwoper certification.
EPA license.
Work Environment
The position is based in the office five days per week, typically from 9am to 5pm, with on-site visits required as needed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
