Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree And 2 years of relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience
Supervisory experience
Understanding of the Work Management System and Logica software
Distribution Engineering experience including distribution design, computerized layout design, company mapping systems, DOC's estimating, budget preparation and PVL
Knowledge of Electric Operations, which includes equipment, cable and splicing, associated with underground and/or overhead installation and associated construction standards
Experience with distribution electrical equipment
Skills and Abilities
Effective leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
Demonstrated analytical skills
Possesses strong technical aptitude
Effective interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Walking, climbing, driving and site visits are required.
