Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in sustainability discipline and 3 years of work experience with project management or clean energy program experience.

Demonstrated organizational capabilities, is Required.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically, is Required.
Demonstrated ability to manage tense, complex, or technical customer issues in a calm, thorough, and professional manner, is Required.
Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is Required.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills, is Required.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), is Required.
Experience with or knowledge of utility new business service connection processes and operations, is Preferred.
Experience with or knowledge of utility rates, is Preferred.
Experience with or knowledge of medium- and heavy-duty vehicle fleet operations or the transportation and logistics industry, is Preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of electric vehicles and fleet electrification, is Preferred.
One to two years of project management experience at a utility, is Preferred.
Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders in customer-facing or regulatory environments, is Preferred.
Knowledge of electric vehicle policies and programs is Preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of EV charging station operations and economics, is Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
