Lavazza North America, Inc. E-Commerce Content & Digital Shelf Manager in New York, New York

Worksite location: 120 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005

  • Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, search visibility) across platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and others is optimized for search visibility and conversions; Collaborate with cross functional teams to localize content based on Global guidelines
  • Establish and implement processes to ensure Lavazza consistently improves its Digital Retail presence by tracking key performance metrics such as Availability, Discoverability, and Attractiveness on the digital shelf
  • Collaborate with eRetail partners (Amazon, Marketplaces, etc.) to improve Lavazza product visibility using digital merchandising tools, ensuring Lavazza top-ranking status in relevant categories and eRetail search results
  • Analyze and report on digital shelf performance metrics, including click-through rates, reviews, and product views. Leverage insights from Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / Intenwise, Data Impact, and other tools to identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure Lavazza Brand Store's on eRetail platforms and product pages are updated seasonally to reflect new product launches, ongoing promotions, and key campaigns, driving both consideration and conversion
  • Collaborate with Customer Account teams (Commercial Development, Marketing, Data & Analytics and Supply Chain) to ensure digital shelf initiatives, including Brand Store updates, align with Lavazza overall business objectives and drive results across the coffee and machines categories
  • Work closely with eRetail partners to implement new features or merchandising tactics that enhance customer experience and align with the brands strategy; Lead execution and ensure all updates, particularly seasonal Brand Store changes, are delivered on time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors in Management or any foreign equivalencies Prior experience must include:
  • 2 years exp w/ensuring product content across platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and others is optimized for search visibility and conversions
  • 2 yr exp w/analyzing and reporting on digital shelf performance metrics, including click-through rates, reviews, and product views, leveraging insights from Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / Intenwise, Data Impact, and other tools to identify optimization opportunities
  • 2 yr exp w/ensuring brand on eRetail platforms and product pages are updated seasonally to reflect new product launches, ongoing promotions, and key campaigns
  • 2 yr exp w/inputting new products and executing marketing strategies to deliver consumer experiences and drive sales in online marketplaces
  • 2 yr exp w/executing brand identity strategy through its online market presence, and measuring fluctuation in sales against strategic marketing events
  • 2 yr exp w/reviewing product listings on e-Commerce sites, processing orders with vendors, maintaining detailed inventory records, and analyzing these records to determine successes rates of online sales and marketing practices
  • 2 yr exp w/inputting product listings in new marketplaces and arranging products' virtual organization based on sales and performance data for each product
  • 2 yr exp w/measuring sales data as well as site and category performance data using key performance indicators
  • 2 yr exp w/updating the website and mobile app to appeal to various target markets
  • 2 yr exp w/reviewing competitor activity and analyzing trends in digital marketing to measure relative performance, and work with marketing teams to create innovative sales solutions
  • 2 yr exp w/keeping abreast of new software options for optimal front- and back-end processing for online sales
  • 2 yr exp w/executing plans to improve site ratings through analysis of customer and vendor feedback, with specific attention to order processes including messaging platforms, return and exchange procedures, and product inquiries
