ConEdison Distributed Generation Technical Coordination & Technology Integration Manager in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience two years of relevant experience, including leading cross-functional technical programs in energy/engineering/utility environments.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in Engineering or IT.
Relevant Work Experience
Demonstrated leadership driving complex initiatives with diverse teams and responsibilities, is Required.
Proven ability to set direction, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to outcomes with accountability for quality and timelines, is Required.
Proven ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with customers and colleagues with diverse experiences and approaches to drive business results, is Required.
Demonstrated ability to manage tense, complex, or technical customer issues in a calm, thorough, and professional manner, is Required.
Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills; effective with technical and non-technical audiences, is Required.
Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfort working in a dynamic environment; able to make decisions in real time under pressure, is Required.
Tools & data proficiency: Microsoft Office required; SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau preferred for concise analysis and visualization, is Required.
Experience managing vendor, consultant, and contractor activities; familiarity with contract/requirements negotiation, is Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
Driver's License Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
Other: Agile/Scrum certifications Preferred
