This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to scale product-led and enterprise growth strategies, build infrastructure to support fast experimentation, and shape the company's next stage of growth.You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to build an engineering organization that's obsessed with learning, experimentation, and delivering customer value at scale.This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.What you'll do at Figma:Build and lead a multi-team organization responsible for the user journey through acquisition, activation, upgrades, expansion as well as platform teams that support these teams and cross functional partners like growth-platform, marketing tech platformSet strategic direction and ensure alignment with company-wide prioritiesScale teams through recruiting, org design, and mentorship of engineering leaders and ICsChampion a strong engineering culture rooted in inclusivity, velocity, and technical excellenceDrive measurable outcomes through experimentation, analytics, and customer insightsCollaborate with executive stakeholders to identify new growth vectors and ensure platform leverageFigma is committed to building an inclusive and diverse team and culture. We expect all of our leaders to play a role in helping to build and drive these initiatives through hiring, community events, and other programs in partnership with teams across all of FigmaWe'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including at least 2 years of experience managing senior managers and scaling multi-team orgsDeep experience in product-led growth, growth experimentation, and analyticsProven track record of building systems that support personalization, targeting, or A/B testing at scaleAbility to partner deeply with Product, Design, Marketing, and Go-To-Market functionsPassion for building inclusive teams that deliver customer impact and iterate quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:Experience supporting sales-assisted or enterprise monetization flowsFamiliarity with marketing infrastructure, data pipelines, and growth toolingSuccessful track record of launching and growing new product offeringsExperience in global growth or international expansion At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
