  • Manage the day-to-day operating rhythm of the IAT , including leads meetings, cross-functional syncs, workstream alignment, and escalation pathways.

  • Oversee execution across digital media and CRM/lifecycle channels , ensuring strategic intent is carried through to high-quality, performance-driven delivery.

  • Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across workstreams — including approval layers, routing protocols, and operational guardrails.

  • Manage and mentor several Program Managers , providing guidance, prioritization, career development, and escalation support.

  • Coordinate and lead teams across multiple time zones , including Europe and the U.S. West Coast, ensuring clear communication and aligned ways of working across distributed teams.

  • Partner closely with integrated marketing leadership as a strategic and executional right hand, contributing to planning, scoping, and operational model evolution.

  • Drive strong integration between creative development and media strategy , ensuring cohesive, efficient, and performance-driven work across all touchpoints.

  • Manage multiple concurrent, interconnected workstreams within a complex retainer account, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving momentum across programs.

  • Support transition planning, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for programs and team members, ensuring continuity and operational resilience.

  • Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives while remaining flexible and adaptable to evolving client needs and priorities.
