JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy for our Audience Engagement roadmap, in deep partnership with editorial and marketing stakeholders, across FOX News, FOX Business, OutKick and FOX Weather digital properties. This role requires someone who can combine editorial fluency with product expertise and is passionate about news (particularly politics and elections). You'll be the bridge between editorial teams, business stakeholders, and engineering-someone who understands the urgency of news, the complexities of 24/7 coverage, and the technical realities of digital platforms. You'll set priorities based on editorial and audience needs, ensuring we're shipping features that serve our content creators as well as our readers and viewers. Success requires technical credibility (you can speak engineering's language), editorial fluency (you understand news operations), and political savvy (you can navigate multiple business units with competing priorities). A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Editorial Partnership & Product Strategy * Build and maintain deep relationships with editorial leaders * Deeply understand editorial workflows, breaking news operations, and content strategies * Attend editorial meetings to understand priorities and identify product opportunities * Translate editorial needs and business requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps * Manage expectations across multiple business units with competing priorities * Define success metrics for editorial and audience engagement initiatives; measure and communicate impact * Make strategic product decisions about what to build, what to defer, and how to sequence editorial-focused features Marketing & Campaign Partnership * Partner with marketing teams on campaign requirements, promotional experiences, and special editorial projects * Understand marketing goals and translate into product features and technical solutions * Coordinate product support for tentpole events, special coverage, and marketing campaigns * Balance marketing requests with editorial priorities and engineering capacity Product Strategy & Roadmap Management * Own the Audience Engagement product strategy and roadmap: personalization, content discovery, user engagement and content experiences * Prioritize across business units based on impact, strategic value, and organizational capacity * Partner with other digital leaders to ensure your portfolio benefits from platform investments * Define success metrics for initiatives; measure and communicate impact to stakeholders * Create transparent roadmaps that set clear expectations with stakeholders and the wider product organization * Work with product managers for execution and project managers for delivery * Collaborate with engineering leadership early and often to ensure technical feasibility and architecture decisions are understood * Work backwards from a North Star vision based on functional discussions to balance high standards and the quickest delivery of value to our business and customers * Collaborate with analytics teams to understand user behavior, content performance, and business metrics Team Leadership & Development * Oversee day-to-day editorial operations and support functions within the product team to ensure technical support is responsive and effective * Set clear expectati
