Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the US Consumer Card Prospect Apply Experiences supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for innovative digital solutions which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $60-$73/hour, w2
What's the Job?
Manage customer-facing digital initiatives related to consumer card prospect experiences.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Servicing teams to drive project success.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth deployment of code to market.
Define project requirements and objectives through discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators such as click-through rates, submission rates, and user journey metrics.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with User facing experience.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
User-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent digital products.
Experience with design systems, front-end engineering, analytics, or marketing is a plus.
Analytically savvy, capable of leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
