Job Description
One of our nonprofit organizations here in Manhattan, New York is hiring a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to join their IT team. This candidate is going to be handling a mix of deskside support and helpdesk tickets in a fast paced Windows environment. We are looking for an individual that is sharp, organized and ambitious as culture fit is a large component of the role. The Technician must also have strong Office 365 experience and will be working on a multitude of break-fix issues. The role sits in the Financial District of Manhattan but the candidate will also need to periodically travel to the Midtown Manhattan location (all subway expenses are fully covered).

Skills and Requirements
-Entry level position, 3-5 years experience tier1/tier2 helpdesk
-Basic troubleshooting with printers, windows 7 and 10, networking connections, providing zoom support
-Building computers, user profile issues, hands-on with PC's not servers, troubleshooting and installing PC's and Internet connection
-Imaging experience (Litetouch)
-Experience dealing with high ticket volume (10-15 daily)
-Must be willing to travel to other NYC locations -Coming from HIPA background within heath care or nonprofit
-Imaging with SCCM
