Insight Global Data Analytics & Operations Associate in New York, New York
Job Description
In this role, you will support the reliability and clarity of analytics outputs by working hands-on with large datasets to investigate anomalies, inconsistencies, and unexpected results. You will validate analytics outputs using defined acceptance criteria, execute well‑scoped data investigations with guidance, and document findings to improve transparency and trust in the data. On a daily basis, you will partner with engineering, research, and product teams to surface and communicate data issues, escalate risks early, and support the maintenance of reliable analytics workflows. The role also involves helping automate recurring analytics processes, reducing manual intervention, and ensuring outputs are accurate, clear, and ready for internal and client-facing use.
This position is onsite 4x a week in NYC or Denver
Annual Salary: $90K to $113K

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of hands‑on experience using SQL and Python in large raw data sets
2+ Years of experience investigating data anomalies, issues with pipelines, and reviewing unexpected results
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the demonstrated ability to think through how data drives business decisions
Experience automating processes with databricks
