Description

Robert Half is partnering with a premier wealth management firm in its search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support the corporate secretary function and manage complex legal entity requirements. This senior‑level role calls for excellent judgment, discretion, and an executive‑level presence.

Position Details

  • Location Options

Nashville, TN: Hybrid – 4 days in office / 1 day remote (flexibility available)

Remote: Temp engagement through the end of the year

  • Schedule: Standard business hours

  • Compensation

Temp: $50–$70/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate secretary function across multiple legal entities

  • Manage legal entity governance, including formations, dissolutions, and restructurings

  • Maintain corporate books and records, including minute books, resolutions, bylaws, and related governance documents

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board and committee meetings

  • Oversee corporate records management and ensure compliance with internal policies

  • Assist with matters relating to investment vehicles and mutual funds

  • Act as a trusted liaison with senior leadership, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all corporate documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate paralegal or equivalent legal experience

  • Strong background supporting corporate governance and entity management

  • Experience at a law firm or in‑house legal department (financial services or wealth management preferred)

  • Familiarity with mutual funds or investment management structures is a plus

  • Demonstrated maturity and executive presence, comfortable working with senior leadership

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive

  • Paralegal or JD/Attorney background considered
