The Program
The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Summer Internship Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. The full-time program is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for Master’s and MBA graduates with one-to-four years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies (ie. four years and eleven months would be considered at the SrPA level).
Before this, the Estée Lauder Companies offers first-year Master’s and MBA students the opportunity to participate in the Summer Internship Program between their first and second years of their graduate program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, working under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive.
Global Supply Chain Track
The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.

The summer internship program offers participants:

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
First year Master’s or MBA student with one-to-four years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
Robust project management skills, flexibility, business acumen and executive presence
Ability to relocate to NYC for the summer

Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $37.14.
