This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of building and building-related structural projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Perform structural design and condition assessments for concrete, steel structures, and other structures. Develop complete construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Conduct and review QA/QC for calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance. Plan workloads and manage structural task budgets and schedules. Maintain and build strong client relationships. Participate in all phases of design, including construction administration and bid phase services.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including field work and client interaction. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deliver quality results on time.Preferred Qualifications: Structural Engineer (SE) license. NCEES registration and ability to obtain licensure in other states.RISA/RAM experience Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Required:* Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry)* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.* Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects.* Proven experience in project management roles, with
