Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining a strategic, portfolio‑level view of all Creative and Media work across Constellation. This is a hands‑on position that partners closely with Business Development Leadership, the Executive Creative Director, Group Creative Directors, Media Discipline and Channel Leads, Project Management, and Resource Management to ensure projects and business development efforts are effectively prioritized, casted and staffed, and delivered.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Discipline Prioritization & Portfolio Oversight

  • Maintain a comprehensive, strategic view of all Creative and Media projects across Constellation.

  • Partner with Business Development, Creative, and Media leadership to understand priorities, business goals, and strategic objectives.

  • Synthesize project, capacity, and staffing data into clear insights for Creative, Media, and Business leadership.

  • Support prioritization of active work and business development efforts across the portfolio.

  • Partner with Project Management to ensure projects are staffed appropriately based on business priority and delivery needs.

  • Take a critical, ongoing view of talent allocation to ensure balance, efficiency, and creative excellence.

  • Ensure appropriate leadership and team leads are included in key briefings, triage sessions, and project kickoffs.

Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization

  • Conduct regular assessments of capacity across Creative and Media, factoring in active work, upcoming projects, and business development demands.

  • Proactively identify resource gaps, constraints, or bottlenecks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Partner with Resource Management to triage staffing needs for business development and pitch efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director to develop long‑term capacity planning strategies aligned with agency growth and talent goals.

Workflow, Process & Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to evolve and streamline creative and media workflow processes.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize creative management methodologies to ensure consistent, efficient, and high‑quality delivery.

  • Evangelize processes, tools, and procedures that improve staffing visibility and operational efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between Creative, Media, Project Management, Resource Management, and other collaborators to ensure clear, repeatable communication and information flow.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive working environment across subject areas.

  • Partner with leadership and Project Management to support resourcing that keeps talent engaged, challenged, and growing.

  • Organize and support team‑building activities, workshops, and forums that strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to enhance collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–9+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or project management within a digital marketing or media agency.

  • Strong appreciation for the balance of art and science that defines effective resource management.

  • Deep understanding of the creative process and Media subject areas, including Paid & Owned Strategy, Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of collaborators.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Collaborative, action-focused approach with a preference for getting things done.

  • Proficiency with resource planning tools and strong analytical capabilities.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 and a passion for applying AI‑enabled approaches in daily work.

Compensation Range: $97,375.00 - $155,961.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
