Description
Lead the planning, development, local adaptation and execution of overall consumer⁃facing communications: social & digital, OOH, PR, omnichannel and CRM to drive brand awareness, new recruitment and sales growth. Establish KPIs to measure success and drive best in class analysis and practice.
Take ownership of brand communications to deliver brand message and relationship management with media, KOLs, public. Collaborate and orchestrate the support from different external vendors and media agencies.
Lead the planning of product campaigns including analyze consumer insights & business data, support campaign ideation, develop message hierarchy and communication cadence, partner with agencies to create social asset deliverables.
Support e⁃commerce business in media and promotion planning, to drive omnichannel consistency and accelerate online growth with systematic evaluation of e⁃commerce matrix.
Enhance the content of brand.com and work closely with agencies to optimize organic reach and paid media ROI.
Lead brand CRM strategy and execution to maximize customers acquisition, engagement and retention, with a regular review on current programs and provide recommendations if appropriate in driving CRM performance.
Manage, plan and monitor overall advertising spending incl. paid media, digital, CRM etc. with a regular review on efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze omnichannel data and provide insights on regular programs and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years digital marketing, product marketing, PR and CRM experience, preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG fields
Creative and positive "can⁃do" attitude with high learning agility, Strong analytical and quick problem⁃solving skills
Hands on experience with customer⁃related analytic projects and knowledge on how to measure marketing activities and customer metrics
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills, with strong sense of beauty
Good business acumen and passion in the beauty and retail industry
Excellent command of English and Chinese
