Insight Global AI Solutions Program Lead in New York, New York
Job Description
The AI Solutions Program Lead (Contract) will play a critical role in helping NBCUniversal understand the reach, adoption, and impact of our enterprise AI initiatives. This role blends program management, analytics, and strategic storytelling—focused on turning usage data and qualitative signals into clear insights for senior leaders.
You will own the development of recurring monthly reporting for Business Unit leads, synthesizing adoption metrics, engagement trends, and outcomes across our GenAI programs. Beyond reporting, this role is responsible for interpreting the data: identifying what’s working, where adoption is lagging, and how close (or far) we are from achieving our enterprise AI objectives for the year.
A successful candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, comfort working with ambiguous data sets, and the ability to translate complex information into concise, executive-ready narratives that drive action.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own monthly AI adoption and impact reporting for Business Unit and enterprise stakeholders
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative signals (usage data, engagement trends, feedback) to assess progress against AI goals
• Derive insights from reporting to identify adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions
• Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences
• Capture and communicate value stories that demonstrate the impact of AI solutions across the enterprise
• Establish and refine processes for tracking AI reach, adoption, and outcomes over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Change Management, Legal, Security, and Business Units
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications related to reporting and insights
• Think independently and proactively, surfacing trends and implications before they become issues
