Creative Circle Account Director / Marketing Consultant Account Management in NEW YORK, New York
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Account Director / Marketing Consultant to partner with our client, a well-known insurance company. This role requires you to be onsite in Manhattan 3 days per week. This role will serve as an account lead for their internal agency, leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns for agile, quick-turn initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with business line marketing partners and internal agency channel and creative leads to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results, while program managing agile marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.Responsibilities:- Integrated Marketing Campaign Development- Lead the channel strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting Financial Protection and Client Services/Wealth Management businesses.- Ensure campaigns leverage the right mix of paid, owned, and earned channels to meet business goals.- Translate briefs from line of business marketers with complex business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies.- Account Leadership- Act as one of the primary enterprise marketing (internal agency) liaisons with the line of business marketing team.- Manage intake of marketing requests, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with enterprise brand and marketing strategy.- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and accountability.- Partner with an Integrated marketing peer leading the annual integrated plans.- Program Management of Agile Initiatives- Drive agile, quick-turn marketing initiatives with tight timelines and evolving priorities- Oversee workstreams, ensure clear roles and responsibilities, and manage timelines to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.- Partner with creative, media, digital, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and measurable.- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership- Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and internal creative/media teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities.- Facilitate agile working sessions, ensuring clear deliverables, decision-making, and follow-through.- Ensure all initiatives are aligned to brand positioning, governance, and compliance requirements.- Measurement & Optimization- Establish KPIs for campaigns in partnership with analytics teams.- Monitor performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or account management - agency or in-house.- Strong experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.- Proven ability to manage agile, fast-paced marketing initiatives with shifting priorities.- Strong client-facing/account management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.- Excellent program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.- Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management industries strongly preferred.- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division.
