About the Role:
As a CBRE Occupancy Sr. Planner, you will provide spaceplanning, data mining,
reporting, and interpretation of space planning metricsfor large and high-profile clients’
needs.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changesfunction. They are responsible for
building space design, construction, and moving services.
What You’ll Do:
Review space requirements and provide conceptual plansand recommendations to
the real estate team and high-profile stakeholders.
Manage seating assignments via ticketing workflows,including visitor seating, desk
moves, and assigned-seat changes using client’sseating/assignment system; ensure
accuracy and timely updates to the system of record.
Support high-volume move activity by maintaining movelists, validating current vs.
destination availability, and coordinating sequencing andexecution with internal
partners.
Support test-fits and space planning by leveraging CAD tocreate/update floorplans,
conduct test-fits, and support planning analysis anddocumentation.
Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
Produce complex drawings and presentations for internalstakeholders and client
facing steering committee meetings for review andfeedback. Involve project
management staff as appropriate for move and constructionservices.
Collaborate with other team members to gain businessintelligence including move and
relocation sequencing and execution
Conduct evaluation and review of work area affected bymove planning to ensure that
current location(s) and office availability atdestination location(s) is reflected accurately.
Manage space walks for validation and update of occupancymetrics.
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining occupancy datawithin the system of record.
Maintain and improve space/people data quality withinCAFM/IWMS tools, including
ongoing audits and corrections to assigned locations andoccupancy attributes.
Provide hands-on support for the CAFM system transitionincluding data validation,
process adjustments, and stakeholder enablement to ensurecontinuity and data
integrity.
Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends ingeneral business conditions.
Utilization and space analysis: perform utilizationanalysis using inputs such as
badging data and seat utilization reporting to informplanning recommendations and
decision-making.
Conduct interviews and discussions with client(s) togather, coordinate and synthesize
project requirements, and functional, operational, andcultural issues.
Liaise with Change Management teams as needed.
Make recommendations and implement necessary spaceplanning code changes
and/or requirements and updates.
Facilitate post-occupancy support and reviews to ensuredeliverables were executed
and client’s expectations were met.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to
accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and someknowledge of several job
disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. May
convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others onthe team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures andpractices to achieve objectives and
meet deadlines.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a
combination of experience and education will beconsidered. Certification in Corporate
Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management required.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards tosolve slightly complex
problems.
Ability to review possible solutions using technicalexperience to apply appropriate
judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookupfunctions (e.g.,
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and data reconciliation.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS tools and data managementpractices in a system of
record.
Familiarity supporting move projects / MAC (Moves,Additions & Changes) in a high
volume environment.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicatedfigures such as percentages,
fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
This role requires a minimum on-site presence of threedays per week (Tuesday
Thursday), with the ability to be on-site five days perweek as dictated by the scope of
work.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
