CBRE Digital & Tech Sale and Solutioning Governance Lead in New York City, New York
JOB SUMMARY
The Governance Team Supportrole is critical for driving operational excellence and strategic growth withinthe Digital and Technology GWS Enterprise Technology Solutions Team. Thisposition focuses on building and maintaining foundational governancedocumentation, product repositories, and training programs, ensuring everysector has immediate access to up-to-date resources and standardized processesfrom opportunity kick off to solution submission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution liaisonwith the Sector Technology leader
Maintaining andeffectively communicating CBRE’s perspective, position, and strategy fortechnology
Technologyliaison with SME/Workstreams
Maintain andupdate product repositories and documentation, ensuring all materials arecurrent, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards .
Curate anddeliver training sessions on products and processes, including quarterlyproduct trainings and onboarding programs for new employees .
Track reporting,manage escalation processes, and support broader organizational needs byproviding real-time visibility into bottlenecks and adoption rates .
Ensurecompliance with governance protocols and standardized workflows, supportingsector leaders and technology solutions leads as needed .
Maintain aliving repository of lessons learned, process updates, and best practices toreduce onboarding time and minimize disruption from turnover .
Temporarilyassist sectors experiencing increased demand, flexibly allocating support tomaintain consistency and quality in RFP responses .
Drive adoptionof CBRE’s technology stack, optimize internal processes, and supportbusiness-wide strategic goals as digital and AI products evolve .

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommends staff recruitment, selection,promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.Plans and monitors appropriate staffinglevels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Leads by example andmodels behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. Including butnot limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION andEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)from four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 years of relatedexperience and/or training.
Previous Technology ProjectManagement, Business Analytics and/or Commercial Real Estate industry and/orrelated experience preferred.
Advanced skills in financialmodeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.
CERTIFICATESand/or LICENSES
None required, PMP (ProjectManagement Professional) designation preferred.
COMMUNICATIONSSKILLS
Ability to comprehend,analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Possess excellent writing skills for reports,manuals, speeches, articles, and communications using distinctive styles andvarious delivery methods. Strong organization and analytical skills. Ability torespond effectively to complex inquiries or complaints from clients,co-workers, supervisor, and/or management in a timely manner. Ability to make effective presentations oncomplex topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients,and/or management. Ability to motivateand negotiate effectively with client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIALKNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledgeof financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figuressuch as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financialanalysis.

OTHER SKILLSand/or ABILITIES
Advanced skills in MicrosoftOffice applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advancedunderstanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture;Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technologysecurity standards.
Knowledge of SSRS, Networkand Server Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, Project planning andcoordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational anddocumentation skill, experience in training delivery and knowledge management,ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams, andfamiliarity with technology adoption and process optimization.
SCOPEOF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough understanding ofprocedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general resultsand deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $135K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $170K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
