Job Duties
Provide first call resolution for incoming calls or direct to appropriate personnel.
Provide superior and consistent customer service to customers via the telephone and electronic communication.
Responsible for debit card processing and fraud monitoring.
Responsible for online banking support.
Responsible for assistance with client account maintenance.
Enroll and review mobile deposits.
Provide customer support for various mobile banking apps.
Electronic document filing and maintenance.
Minimum Education Required
High Scholl diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience Required
Banking Experience
Customer Service / Call Center Experience
Effective communication skills both oral and written
Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
Multi-Tasking and attention to detail
