Honeywell Sr Estimator in New Taipei City, Taiwan
You will report directly to our Sr. Estimating Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Taiwan location.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our projects by ensuring that cost estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Your expertise will guide project managers and stakeholders in making informed decisions that drive profitability and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end delivery of accurate and timely project cost estimates
Develop and implement estimating strategies and processes to optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in leading a project.
Proven experienced in Building Management System; prior knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and Security Systems would be a plus;
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using estimating software and tools, including CAD.
