ND job order 925150 Temporary seasonal position from 3/25/2026 to 12/1/2026 Duties include driving and operating farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS and mapping-equipped farm machinery. Operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will transport materials, supplies or crops from fields or bin storage to designated location of local elevators. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after given instructions and must be a team player when needed. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English for safety reasons and record keeping. Must be able to communicate with owners and other employees about jobs and various tasks. - Must have 6 months of GPS and mapping equipped farm machinery and towed implements. Operate and understand computerized monitors. Employees must have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days.
