Press Brake Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator who enjoys hands‑on fabrication work and wants to grow within a supportive, flexible, and well‑equipped environment. In this role, you’ll manage your own materials from start to finish — from loading raw sheet metal onto the laser to prepping, forming, and producing high‑quality parts on Amada and Safran press brake machines.
What You’ll Do
Load and handle sheet metal materials for laser cutting.
Operate the laser cutting machine and cut jobs to specification.
Prep materials through deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
Set up and run parts on Amada or Safran press brakes.
Perform conversational programming directly at the machine.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and safe work practices throughout production.
What You Bring
Strong press brake setup and operation experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Familiarity with laser cutting processes and equipment.
Bonus Skills
Welding experience.
Ability to fabricate sheet metal components from start to finish.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
