Position: Corporate Development Intern Number of Position (s): 2 Duration: 10 weeks Date: June - August 2026 Location: Hybrid - San Jose, CA Educational Recommendation:Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution. - Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects.- Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization.- Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making.- Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed.- Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information. - Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance.It would be nice if you had:- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.- Attention to detail and a willingness to receive feedback.- Motivated, curious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
