Hyundai of New Port Richey is seeking an experienced Automotive SalesProfessional to join our team as a VIP Specialist, focusing on Service Drive Sales. This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated Car Sales Consultant who knows how to convert service customers into vehicle upgrades. Commonly recognized as we are the #1 volume Hyundai dealership for 12 consecutive years, generating massive daily service traffic, which means built-in opportunity for a skilled closer.This is proactive, performance-driven automotive sales focused on working the service lane and creating deals from customers already in the building.
Responsibilities
Include working the service drive daily to identify equity and trade-in opportunities
Engaging service customers about lowering payments and upgrading vehicles
Generating 15–25+ vehicle sales per month from existing traffic
Acquiring quality trade-ins to support dealership inventory
Maintaining CRM follow-up and pipeline management
Partnering with service advisors and sales managers to structure and finalize deals
Qualifications
Include prior automotive sales experience (high-volume dealership experience preferred),
Strong closing skills with a commission-sales mindset,
Confidence approaching customers in a service lane environment,
High self-motivation and goal orientation, and a
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
This is a commission-based automotive sales position with aggressive earning potential. If you can consistently produce 20+ units per month, this role can significantly outperform traditional floor sales income.
